Facing The Atlantic Team Expected to Arrive in Barbados Today

Heroic rowers Bertie Portal and James Cash are expected to cross the finish line of the Talisker Whiskey Atlantic Challenge today.


After 63 days at sea, they are looking forward to setting foot on land again and embrace their ladies Sam and Anna who have arrived in Barbados and will be part of the welcome committee that awaits them.

I am still in complete and utter awe at how brave and amazing these two men have been. To do what they did with the hardships they faced during the trip is nothing short of inspiring to us less courageous. A SUPER BIG CONGRATULATIONS FOR A JOB WELL DONE! Now, just relax and have a wonderful vacation with your ladies!

    I am in awe of how these two men braved the sea, overcame several obstacles, and made it to the finish line intact.
