It’s a Wrap for location shooting of CASM’s film “The Parting Glass”

The cast and crew of CASM’s upcoming production of  The Parting Glass concluded filming yesterday around Toronto, Canada. The script for the film was written by Denis O’Hare’s and tells the story of his sister’s tragic suicide.

Stephen wrote this on his social media accounts about the end of filming:

Now, post-production will begin which sadly means yet another wait before the fans will have the pleasure of seeing the film in theaters. Once we learn when the film be released, we’ll be sure to post it immediately.

Stephen Moyer is the director of the film and during the shooting he, Denis O’Hare, Anna Paquin and others shared several photos on social media.

Yesterday, Denis O’Hare reposted CASM’s “Thank You” post on Twitter adding his own praise (see below).

On Ed Asner’s last day on set this week, Stephen made this lovely tribute to Ed from the film ‘UP’ which we all know Stephen adores.

“Up” is a film from 2009 which is about a seventy-eight year old Carl Fredricksen’s (played by Ed) travels to Paradise Falls in his home equipped with balloons, inadvertently taking a young stowaway.

Anna Paquin has a new series starting very soon on CBC called “Bellevue”  and, today she appeared on CTV This Morning where, in addition to Bellevue, she also talks about CASM’s “The Parting Glass” and the her family.
