The film, which came out last fall, will also be available on DVD starting January 31. You can pre-order your copy of the film at Amazon now (see link below).
I saw the film when it came out in theaters last fall and I enjoyed it quite a bit. Stephen is a supporting player and he was exceptional in this character part where he had to transform himself into a Russian spy. I think it was one of his best performances to date and in my opinion, he stole the show.
The True Blood fans are most likely all familiar with the wonderful portrait that Kristin Bauer drew of Alexander Skarsgård. When I interviewed Kristin just before Christmas I asked when we can expect a potrait of Stephen Moyer. And this was her answer:
“I am going to paint Stephen. I meant to do it on hiatus, but I wasn’t in L.A. in my studio. I am going to do a painting of Stephen and I hope to start it in January. I have a picture in my mind from when he meets Sookie in Merlotte’s for the first time and he is sitting there in the booth and it’s is the most beautiful lighting. I love that scene.”
Kristin was thrilled to hear that the Bill meets Sookie scene is an absolute fan-favorite.
Stay tuned for more info about Kristin’s Stephen Moyer painting, the auction for the Amanda Foundation and the selling of the prints. We’ve teamed up with Kristin to help spread the word.

A total of 5 boats were already forced to leave the race due to various problems and unforeseen events, but Bertie and James are still going strong. Despite broken oars, high waves and hard wind the Facing the Atlantic team seems more determined then ever to reach Barbados.
Is it possible we haven’t seen everything of Season 3? Well, it seems so because, just found, are some photos from a deleted scene or scenes that include Bill, Sookie and Jason.
That’s the way we love to see Bill and Sookie, embracing. There just wasn’t enough of that in season 3 and it’s good to see some more.
The first two photos shows Bill and Sookie in a happy embrace.
In this next photo, we see Bill as he enters fairyland looking wonderful in that fabulous white shirt.
This photo shows Bill talking with Jason who is wearing a very bloody shirt.
In the next photo, Bill is looking frightened, as we assume he senses danger.

Last week we asked you what was Stephen Moyer’s Best Look 0f 2011 while attending public events. Now, we want to hear what you think of Bill Compton’s look from Season 4. In Season 4 we saw big changes for Bill’s as he became vampire royalty and his attire sure showed it.
Below are the four different looks Bill had this past season, The Suited King Look, The Leather and Vampire Look, The Punk Look, The Casual Look.
We know choosing the best is going to be difficult since Stephen looks terrific in all of his Bill costumes. Even so, we ask you to review the photos provided below illustrating each look and let us know your opinion by voting for your two (2) favorites by taking the poll located below the photos. Also, please leave a comment to tell us about why you chose the look you did.
The Suited King Look
Bill Compton became King of Louisiana in Season 4, so his attire had to reflect that status change. It was important for him to appeal to all types and therefore, he needed to look more conservative and business like in dress when representing his fellow vampires and their interest of assimilating into the general population.
The Leather and Vampire Look
Even though Bill was a presence of authority and worked for the AVL, he also had to get down to work sometimes to save lives and, of course help Sookie. Most of the time he wore leather, and looked fine in it. One noticeable exception was during the standoff outside the Goddess Emporium where he was sans leather, but still looked great in our opinion.
The Punk Look
One of the most interesting looks Bill wore in Season 4 was his Punk look which was worn during the 1980′s London flashback from Episode 2. At the time, he was trying to “fit in” to find his daily blood needs. It’s in these scenes that he has spiky hair, dons black nail polish and wears the famous “Vive Le Rock” shirt. This was also his first meeting with Nan Flanagan.
Casual Vampire Look
Bill Compton doesn’t need to dress up in suits all the time, and wore some casual looks around home at the Compton Mansion. He looked great in a smoky grey sweater or dark blue shirt; just the right thing to fight off a witches curse while protected under silver chains.
Vote for your two (2) favorite looks below. Also, please leave a comment in the “comments section”to tell us why you chose the look you did.
