Charlaine Harris is in the UK at the moment for her European book tour. In an interview with This IsNottingham.co.uk she was asked what she thinks of the True Blood TV version and if she was to have any input in the series.
“I love the TV show, and I really enjoy seeing my work through Alan’s interpretation. (Alan Ball) My input lies in writing the books the show is based on”, Charlaine answered.
And on Stephen Moyer performance as Bill Compton: “I admire Stephen. I’m so pleased he’s in the series, and I think he’s given Bill depth and great appeal.”
