Brentwood Theatre announces 2012 Christmas Show: Peter Rabbit
Mark Reed of Brentwood Theatre has announced the 2012 Christmas show in his weekly Wednesday email to friends of the theatre.
We are pleased to announce that this Christmas we will be producing Beatrix Potter’s Peter Rabbit and His Friends which is a children’s musical by Adrian Mitchell.
It will be directed by Ray Howes, with musical direction by
Ian Southgate and choreography by Sarah O’Sullivan; the same creative team that brought you Jemima Puddle Duck (2011) and The Plotters of Cabbage Patch Corner (2010).
Beatrix Potter is a very well known writer with children and adults alike. The words of her stories are funny, clever, imaginative and full of surprises. This magical musical adaptation see’s Beatrix Potter ‘herself’ taking you through the stories of four of her most beloved characters; Mrs Tiggywinkle the washer woman hedgehog, Mrs Thomasina Tittlemouse the house-proud mouse and of course the two very naughty rabbits Benjamin Bunny and Peter Rabbit, who this year celebrates his 110th Birthday.
We hope that you will be enchanted by these charming tales and we can promise you an interactive, musical and fun theatre experience for the whole family.
AllStephenMoyer supports the Christmas show again this year, raising money to bring as much children as possible to the theatre and give them an experience to remember.Billsbabes Day 2012 that was held earlier this year brought in $2480 for the kids, but your donations are still very much appreciated.
You can make a direct donation to the Stephen Moyer Kids Theatre Fund using the below PayPal button that was provided by Mark Reed, administrator of Brentwood Theatre.
Brentwood Theatre has a couple of autions up on eBay in support of the Christmas show, please take a look if there is anything you’d like to place a bid on. Go to eBay.

Beatrix Potter and Peter Rabbit have warm and wonderful memories for me. Should be a delightful show. I'm so glad the Billsbabes were able to make such a substantial contribution through their special fundraising day.
